My name is Michela and I have worked in the Early Years profession for 18years. I have gained my experience working in a nursery environment and working my way up to the role I am in now as Manager.  I find working with children very rewarding as I can see them grow and develop during their time with us. I have a passion for supporting children in all areas of learning and have lots of experience when working with SEN children.
