My name is Michela and I have worked in Early years for 14years, mainly in nursery settings. I have worked in various roles always progressing to the role I am in now, Nursery Manager.
I am passionate about helping children to achieve their goals before they fly the nest to big school, and I am passionate about supporting my team to do this as well. Setting up this new nursery from scratch has been a big part of my career. I have a wealth of nursery knowledge and experience to put into ensuring all children meet their full potential.
