Michela
SENIOR NURSERY MANAGER
My name is Michela, and I have worked in early years for 20years. I opened this nursery and have been managing it since day one of opening, I am always looking for new challenges to continue progressing the nursery. I have a strong passion for working with children and thrive on helping them grow and develop in time for them to fly the nest to big school. I have a big input in the rooms within the nursery and engage in activities with the children whilst supporting my team. I work alongside the SENCO in the setting to support children who have or have emerging additional needs. I strive to promote the best in the setting, and this includes supporting my team and children to achieve to the best of their abilities.

Jack
DEPUTY MANAGER
I have worked in childcare for 13 years. I started off as a Nursery Practitioner and have worked my way up to this position now. I have a strong passion for watching children grow and develop in the early years. Every day is different and that is why I enjoy my job. My favourite activity to do with the children would be messy play and getting stuck in! Helping them discover the awe and wonder! I also like to develop children’s imaginations within their role play areas and setting up new ideas by working with their interests.
